Ingredients
Batter
2 egg yokes
1 1/3 cup milk
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking power
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup Mandarin Orange Olive Oil
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Berries
3 cups fresh berries 
Sugar to sweeten (about 1/4 cup)

Whip Cream
1 pint whip cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

Details
In advance, mix the berries with the sugar and set aside. Add the sugar to the whip cream and mix at a high speed until it gets to a thick consistency. Add the Grand Marnier and mix until incorporated. For the batter… Put egg yokes, milk flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt and oil into a large mixing bowl. Beat on a low speed until moistened. Increase to medium speed and mix until smooth. By hand, gently fold in egg whites. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter over center of preheated waffle grid and close lit. Bake until golden brown. Assemble the berries and some of the juice on the waffle. Top with the whip cream. Enjoy!
