Our flavored vinegars are made with fresh produce and fruit - not syrups and additives. Most of the produce and fruit comes off our neighbors farms on the Central Coast of California and it is fermented right in the vinegar base.
Our Aged Balsamic is an 18 year old balsamic from Modena, Italy and is wonderful drizzle to finish any plate!
They can be used in vinaigrettes and marinades along with our olive oils or alone to add some zing to vegetables, meats, and desserts.
