Rosemary Olive Oil Cookies

*Take any butter cookie recipe and cut the butter in half by using olive oil. I freeze the olive oil in a shallow dish so that it can be blended with the butter and sugar. Try these with our Mandarin Orange Olive Oil instead of the Rosemary Olive Oil. Also substitute orange extract and zest. Top with sugar.
