This distinctive rosemary olive oil is grown utilizing sustainable practices. It has a fresh rosemary flavor that can only be achieved by cold pressing rosemary and late harvest olives together. The oils from the olives and the rosemary are extracted and perfectly combined during the milling process. Unlike infused olive oils this method creates a true rosemary olive oil. It is superior in quality and flavor intensity.

It is an excellent olive oil for lamb, chicken, fish, salads, bread and stews. Rub on any meat to add flavor. Toss with salads or pasta and use it for grilling and sautéing.

Fall Season Ideas: Rub our Rosemary Olive Oil on the inside and outside of your turkey. Use it to saute all your vegetables to start a hearty stew. Instead of making garlic bread, make Rosemary Olive Oil bread by halving a loaf of french bread and brushing the olive oil on before broiling it.
