Pacific Spice and Cilantro Jalapeno Crate

One of our favorite combinations. Use as a salad dressing. 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar. Use that same combination in the blender and add 1/2 avocado to make a creamy avocado dressing for salads or tacos.

The Cilantro Jalepeno Olive Oil is also great on fish, chicken and other sauces like chimichuri. The Pacific Spice Vinegar can be used to marinate pork or drizzles on egg roles.
