Our olive oil begins with olives sustainably grown on the Menacho's Olivas de Oro 160-acre estate situated in the rolling hills of California's Central Coast. The long hot days and cool nights provide the perfect Mediterranean climate for the century year old trees.
Our olive oils are all cold pressed onsite and dated. Our extra virgin olive oils are also independently certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council. Our flavored olive oils are cold pressed - not infused. We press our fresh olives with the fresh ingredient.
