A wonderful 5-year old balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. It is rich in flavor and has a unique sweet and sour aftertaste. Always great on a salad or mixed with olive oil for bread dipping. It also makes a sweet and tangy reduction for pork or vegetables.
